Raven's Cross Haunted Village reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time.  For your safety and safety of others, if you violate the rules, you will be asked to leave the attraction and you will NOT be given a refund.

Once inside the attraction, you will be subjected to audio and lighting effects, low visibility, strobe lights, water, fog, uneven walking surfaces, ramps, slide and stairs.

You should NOT enter if you are pregnant, claustrophobic, prone to seizures, or have heart and/or respiratory problem.  Do NOT enter if you have unsealed wounds/stitches, broken bones or are wearing a cast or using crutches.

Smoking, eating, drinking or vaping are NOT allowed in the haunted attraction.  Photography and Videography are strictly prohibited inside the attraction.  Pictures and video are allowed OUTSIDE the attraction.  NO flashlights or cellphones may be on while inside the attraction.

No tobacco products are allowed inside the attraction.  Dip, snuff, chewing tobacco and cigarettes are all prohibited inside the attraction.  

ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN FLAMES OR LIGHTERS ALLOWED..

You will NOT be admitted to Raven's Cross Haunted Village if you appear intoxicated or impaired.  

No alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs are allowed on the grounds or inside the attraction.
